I studied published research papers, I read books, I listened to podcasts on health, nutrition, sleep, stress.I was so sick of being tired, groggy, overweight, and angry at my own life. I just wanted to feel good in my body and sleep well at night.That simple quest helped me gain knowledge on how our bodies and minds work. Out of all this, I came face to face with THE truth - that health transformation is a life-long process.I had to start somewhere, but soon I realized that this is not a SPRINT, it’s a MARATHON. If my goal is to live a long, healthy life, I will need to learn to enjoy the entire journey, not just my end goal.With that in mind, I started this newsletter six months ago to share and inspire everyone around me on how to live a health-ful life.
